Spacious, 2 Bed, 2 Bath Central City Retreat

Spacious, light and comfy. Exactly as the photos show. Easy check in and great communication from the owner

I didn’t really read the reviews in detail prior to booking about the building itself which does seem quite run down (apartment is great )

The apartment was centrally located, clean and cosy.

The building itself was run down and requires quite a bit of maintenance, The apartment was located close to a karaoke bar and it was quite noisy in the early hours of the morning.

The apt itself was good. Well equipped, great location and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Instructions for the property very clear. Free secure parking. We were disappointed with the carpet though. It needs a good clean. While the apt was good, I’m sorry we cannot recommend it highly because of my comments below about the apartment building itself.

The building that the apartment was in was absolutely awful. Paint peeling and chipping off the hallway walls, scuff marks everywhere, from the outside the building looked unkempt, the hallway carpet was threadbare and filthy, the lift was also filthy and doubtful so we used the stairs. There were sensor lights not working on the stairs. There had obviously been recent water damage to the building as repairs were going on above us and the hallway carpet was damaged. The Owners Corporation for this building seriously need to do some rectification. First impressions of this building was that it was it was dilapidated and in need of significant repairs. We almost did not stay there when we arrived.

Very spacious and the location was great!

The entry was a little rough however once inside the apartment it was great!
