The views, location, peaceful and private. Easy check in.
Two massive trees were blocking 1/2 of the views, which we only found out when we turned up. Cabin was ‘Mt Erica’ The common room needed improvement with cleanliness & presentation, so didn’t use it. We would’ve like to know that we had to call in advance to get a bottle delivered for the barbecue, area was dirty. No kindling to start fire. Windows were filthy, surfaces were clean, but other areas not. Thick dust on top of shower, windows hard to open. Microwave was terrible. No personal welcome or goodbye, which would’ve been nice. Bare minimum coffee/tea/ milk soap.

It was a beautiful location and ideally situated for our trip to Walhalla
The accommodation was tired, needs redecorating and repairs. Rotten door frame, and trim around spa tub, nails sticking up on decking and safety wire missing, needs a deep clean, back of tv, cooker hood and ledges were filthy
