HOTEL LiVEMAX Toyooka

I liked the layout of the Dormitory room here because the shower room and toilet is near the Room. They also provide lockers and amenities included. The common area is spacious and there are plenty of sit available.

We stayed at the HOTEL LiVEMAX Toyooka for one night. We booked a twin room, which was a little tight for two adults and two teenagers, but perfectly manageable for a short stay. The standout feature was definitely the large communal bath and sauna on the ground floor — modern, clean and spacious, with more of a super sento or health-club feel than a typical hotel bath. It was excellent and we really enjoyed it. The main downside was the strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in the lobby on arrival. There is a smoking room in the relaxation area, but the ventilation doesn’t seem sufficient, so the smell escapes into the entrance area. It unfortunately creates a poor first impression in an otherwise very clean and modern hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is in a very convenient location for exploring the region, including Kinosaki Onsen, Izushi Castle Town and Takeno Beach, making it a practical base for sightseeing. Overall, I would definitely stay again. The bath and sauna are excellent, the hotel is comfortable and good value, and the location is very useful for exploring the area. The cigarette smell in the lobby is really the only significant negative, and it’s a shame because otherwise this is a very good hotel.

The hotel come with public bath.

The hotel itself is very tiny and the room in the picture says one bed for 2 ppl but the bed size is absolutely small for 2 ppl and the room overall is small. However if you had no choice but needed a place to stay is ok.
