We had a very pleasant stay overall. The location is great, with beautiful views, a quiet atmosphere, easy parking, and Mercadona nearby. The beach is around a 20-minute walk away. The terrace is lovely, and the house is very well equipped with everything we needed

The only downside was the ants. We couldn’t leave any food on the kitchen countertop or in the cabinets, as it would be covered with ants very quickly. Aside from that, everything was very good and we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is very bright and spacious. It has air conditioning in the living room on the ground floor and in every bedroom upstairs, which made our stay very comfortable during the hot weather. The large terrace with a sunshade is fantastic for relaxing, having meals, or spending time outdoors. The apartment has two bathrooms (one on each floor). The upstairs bathroom is especially convenient, with a shower, two sinks, and plenty of space for a family. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. There were plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, and pans, all in excellent condition. The only exception was the kitchen knives, which could use sharpening (I couldn't find a sharpening stone). The apartment also includes everything needed for a longer stay: a washing machine, a TV, strong Wi-Fi, a vacuum cleaner, a fridge with a freezer, and several coffee machines (although no coffee capsules or ground coffee were provided). We really appreciated that the property management prepared the apartment earlier than the official check-in time, which was very helpful after our journey. As a welcome gift, they also left a bottle of white wine in the fridge, which was a lovely gesture. The house has entrances on both sides, making access very convenient. There is a nearby waste collection area, which is easy to reach. The walk to Burriana Beach takes about 15–20 minutes at a brisk pace, while the town centre is around a 30-minute walk away. For us, this location offered a good balance between a peaceful neighbourhood and access to the beach and restaurants. Two large supermarkets, Mercadona and Carrefour, are within walking distance. They offer an excellent selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, seafood, meat and steaks, cheeses, wines, and everything needed for self-catering. Communication with the support team was generally good. They were polite and helpful, although responses sometimes took a little longer than expected.

There were quite a few ants, especially if even small food crumbs were left on the table or floor. This is probably common in the region, but it does require keeping the apartment very clean. During check-in, the agency representative handed over the keys but provided very little information about the apartment. We had to figure out several things ourselves, such as where the washing machine was located and how to operate the window shutters. A short welcome guide would have been very useful. One of the upstairs sinks had a slow drain. I managed to clear it myself because I didn't want to wait for a maintenance visit, but it would be good if this were fixed for future guests.
