Great location in the heart of Roma Norte, shops and food stalls nearby with good transport links to rest of the city through Insurgentes metro station. The property itself was clean and modern, 24h concierge made it feel very safe. Also the host Alejandro was excellent, he was very informative and was always on had to help when we had questions
Specifically when we stayed there was sometimes a smell that lingered in the room but the host helped us out a lot by contacting building management and sending an engineer, and was also kind enough to offer late checkout for the troubles! Also the room itself was slightly small but that didn’t matter much as the facilities and location made up for it

The property and amenities were great.
The cleanliness was my only concern. The bathroom, especially the shower walls and tile, didn’t appear clean, and I wasn’t sure if the shower mat had been washed. Everything else was fine, but the bathroom definitely needed more attention.
