Spacious 2 Bed Apart with Patio in Camden WR201

Checkin- keys were available for collection from a supermarket near by. I was required to give the vendor a code so he could hand over the key to me. The code was communicated to me half hour before check-in. The apartment was spread over three floors. Spacious and bright. The kitchen had everything you would need except a tea towel to dry dishes. The two bedrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, were spacious and both ensuite with showers. The bedroom upstairs has an interesting set up of steps into the ensuite. Two bath/body towels provided in each bedroom and shampoo and body wash. Comfortable beds. Rooms were bright in the mornings. Fans in all rooms. Fantastic location near Chalk Farm tube stop. Close to Camden market. Would recommend. Received prompt responses to any messages we sent during our stay (WiFi code requested) Check out- Keys were handed back to the same location at the end of the stay. On the morning of check out, clear instructions about the drop off of the keys was received by message on booking.com.

Areas for improvement but should not take away from the stay- No tea towel in the kitchen. There was no non slip mat for the inside of the bath (located in the toilet adjoining the kitchen on the ground floor) and or towels to place on the floor outside the bath/showers No hand towels in en-suites or bathroom. The bedroom blinds were not the best for keeping the room dark in the morning. Bring an eye mask if you think this would affect you! When returning the keys, there was no way of confirming it. I would’ve liked if the supermarket vendor had acknowledged the return with the stay operator who could then confirm back that they knew I had returned the keys. Maybe not necessary but I feel it would safeguard the handover of the keys for both parties when leaving. Especially since there was a series of late fees communicated to us if check out was more than 30mins after 10.00am check out.

La localisation, près du métro et de Camden market. Appartement spacieux.

Très bruyant car près d'une rue très passante. Manque d'équipement(vaisselle, pas d'aspirateur, ni de balai, ni serpillière), Wi-Fi déplorable. Ménage fait en surface, sur la terrasse de la chambre du bas plein de mégots de cigarette sur le sol et bouteille et gobelets vides . Une catastrophe pour récupérer les clés. On avait pourtant prévenu le loueur qu'on partait en arrivant de Paris pour passer la journée à Oxford et qu'on arriverait sans doute après minuit, on a loupé notre train et on a dû en réserver un autre. Les clés était à récupérer dans un supermarché mais le gérant de celui-ci ne comprenait rien et était très désagréable . On a tenté de joindre le propriétaire au moins 20 fois mais ne voulait pas nous donner le code pin avant 14h pour récupérer les clés. Cela a fini qu'il nous a donné le whatsapp de la femme de ménage qui nous a laissé les clés dans le compteur éléctrique situé dans la rue. Pourquoi ne pas avoir une boite sécurisée comme tous les airbnb pour récupérer les clés. Idem pour le départ il fallait laisser les clés au supermarché et le gérant comme à l'arrivée ne comprenait rien et ne voulait pas prendre les clés. Une catastrophe. On a perdu beaucoup de temps avec cette histoire.

Emplacement un peu éloigné du centre mais facilement atteignable grâce au métro se trouvant proche. Hôte très disponible

When we picked up key person in shop did not know number of property We got the key but the property was not where it looked on map
