Dylan is a wonderful host and will do anything to make your stay perfect. The location is excellent, super market, bus stops and centre of Purmerend are within 5 minutes walking distance. The guesthouse is kind of tucked away and therefore very quiet. Shower is wonderful, bed is comfortable, the place is very clean. For me it felt like home away from home.
Bathroom is small and besides the toilet and shower it only has a small sink with cold water, I missed a bigger sink with both warm and cold water. So I used the kitchen sink as an alternative.

Great little place in a quiet area. Host was amazing and made sure our stay was comfortable. Loved the area as we were less than 1km from bus station and about 400 meters from the main square with all the restaurants.
My only suggestion is for the sitting area outside to change the rocks to something easier on the feet.
