During our stay in Kraków, we spent 5 nights in this wonderful apartment, ideally located very close to the charming Kazimierz district (the Krakow New Jewish Cemetery is just about a 5-minute walk away!). Access is very convenient: there is a code for the main building entrance and another one for the apartment itself. For the garage, which is very useful if you are traveling by car (as we did), a remote control is provided. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and communication was handled smoothly via chat/WhatsApp. Everything worked perfectly! The apartment is spacious, modern, and very well maintained. Cleanliness was impeccable. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an induction hob and everything needed for cooking. The bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom is large and modern, featuring a beautiful walk-in shower. Towels and bed linen are provided, along with thoughtful extras such as two bottles of water in the fridge, herbal teas, and complimentary coffee capsules. The heating worked perfectly (there is also air conditioning and an air purifier), and the Wi-Fi is fast and stable. The apartment is exceptionally quiet: you can sleep very well at night, and during the day there is no noticeable noise, either from outside or from neighbors. Very close by, there is a large shopping mall, the Galeria Kazimierz (just a 1-minute walk), which is extremely convenient and well stocked for any need. Overall, a truly perfect stay, with communication that was equally efficient and precise.

Totul este la superlativ.

Nu pot spune ca este un minus, dar recomand schimbarea TV-ul , care este depasit moral. Este in contradictie cu restul apartamentului.
