Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Küche war mit allem erdenklichen Dingen ausgestattet. Der schön angelegte Garten war eine Abwechslung, um sich bei gutem Wetter dort aufzuhalten. Die Lage ist genau zwischen Perlebucht und Innenstadt. Es war sehr ruhig und entspannt.

Das Inventar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es war zwar alles funktionstüchtig und nicht beschädigt, aber nicht mehr ansehnlich und zeitgemäß. Der Bodenbelag war an vielen Stellen sehr beansprucht und ließ alles etwas „verlottert“ aussehen. Die Heizung sollte von einem Fachmann geprüft werden, da sie in unregelmäßigen Abständen laute störende Geräusche von sich gab.
