Нам пошли на встречу и заселили раньше на несколько часов, при этом домик уже был охлажден кондиционером и это было очень приятно! Жилье абсолютно новое, на территории прекрасный ухоженный зеленый газон, красивый бассейн, растут разные фрукты, тропический душ и шезлонги. В вашем распоряжении будут две полноценные спальни, небольшая гостиная с телевизором и кухня на веранде полностью всем оборудованная. У хозяина породистая Хаски, она нас встречала и провожала каждый раз, а также есть еще одна приветливая собака. Матрас отличный, выспались очень хорошо 👌 Кондиционера два штуки и три вентилятора, жарко точно не будет)

We had a nice stay at Pitaya Resort during our time on Koh Phangan. The property felt brand new and was thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Our unit featured two separate bedrooms, indoor common TV area and outdoor terrace with a kitchenette, dining table and a rest area with rattan sofa and arm chairs. Property also had a pool. The bathroom featured modern multi-function shower with various settings, including rainfall and massage-jet options. Overall, we found the resort well-designed, comfortable and well suited for a relaxing stay on the island.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Besonders die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool und den außergewöhnlich gepflegten Garten hat uns begeistert. Auch die Außenküche auf der Terrasse war hervorragend ausgestattet und ein echtes Highlight.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have to start by saying that the photos do not do this accommodation justice at all. In reality, it is at least 100 times more beautiful. When we arrived, we were genuinely amazed by how stunning and well-maintained everything was. The surroundings are immaculate, and it is clear that a lot of care and attention goes into keeping the property looking perfect. The house itself is fantastic—modern, stylish, and very comfortable. Every room has air conditioning, which was a huge plus in the tropical heat, and the mattresses were excellent, allowing us to sleep very well every night. The entire villa feels thoughtfully designed and extremely well cared for. The location is also perfect. It is close to the main road where you can find a 7-Eleven, local Thai restaurants, and many other conveniences. Since the island is relatively small, everything is within easy reach. Right next door, there is a local neighbor who arranged our transportation to and from the pier and also rented us a scooter, which made getting around even easier. One thing that really stood out was how dedicated the owner is to maintaining the property. Every day we saw him working around the grounds—trimming old leaves, mowing the lawn, and taking care of the garden. His attention to detail is reflected in how beautiful the entire place looks. There is also a large swimming pool in front of the house, which was perfect for cooling off during the hot days. Families with children will appreciate that a baby cot was available as well. During our stay, the house was cleaned, which was a very nice touch and showed the high standard of service. Honestly, I only have positive things to say about this accommodation. Everything exceeded our expectations—from the beautiful house and excellent location to the cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
