La maison est spacieuse et confortable, bien située pour visiter le vieux village et à quelques minutes de deux bons restaurants.
La maison manque de caractère. Elle ne contient rien qui puisse suggérer que vous êtes en Sardaigne. Quand vous êtes assis sur la terrasse, vous avez une ruine en face.

La casa è molto accogliente, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione a Posada è ottima, a pochi passi da ristoranti, supermercati e attività in zona, nonché a 5-10 minuti dalle spiagge più belle della zona. Il Parcheggio interno è comodissimo sia per scaricare i bagagli che per sicurezza, ma la casa stessa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla e ricca di parcheggi
