This is a unique stay located above a coffee factory. The room was huge, super clean, and very cozy with a private entrance and key card access. The staff (housekeepers/gardeners) were lovely and friendly. The garden is massive and beautiful—perfect for dogs to run around.
It is quite far from downtown Chiang Mai. You definitely need your own car or motorbike to travel to and from the homestay comfortably, as it's not near the city center.
