It was reasonably priced especially during World Cup. It was also easy to get into NYC. We took the train from NJ Penn Station to World Trade Center.
Our Uber driver lived in NJ his whole life and told us the area was safe during the day, but to get inside before dark. Some luggage racks would have been nice for our suitcases along with curtains or blinds that added a bit more privacy.

Nice and clean. Spacious.
Heat was Wacky and All over the place. We would wake up Sweating because the heat Programmed itself to go Up to 77.
