Eddyville Springs Estates has everything you need, whether your stay is long or short. Easy access, well euipped, very clean, comfortable and organized. Outdoor seating and BBQ grill are very much appreciated. The hosts are very nice and responsvive to any questions you may have. We couldn't be happier with our stay and we will be back!

The location was perfect for our fishing trip. There were multiple boat landings within 15 mins of this location. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

The property was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. And, the host was incredibly responsive. I have Parkinson's which has made speaking very difficult, particularly on the phone. So, I prefer to text or use email. The host responded to my email inquiries within minutes. This property was perfect for an overnight stay en route to Nashville. If you recognize it for what it is, a manufactured home in a very clean and well kept park, then it will suit you perfectly. The next time we're traveling in this area, we will stay for more than one night.
The ice maker didn't work and there was no coffee provided. But, there is a Walmart 15 minutes away, so a quick run to it and a bag of ice and a small bag of coffee later, and we were good to go. Otherwise, it was ideal!
