Lokalizacja - bardzo blisko metra, blisko Watykanu. W zasięgu pieszym mnóstwo fajnych kawiarenek, restauracji, lodziarni i sklepów.
Być może jest to chwilowe (kwiecień 2026) - duże remonty lokali w sąsiednich mieszkaniach. Nam to nie przeszkadzało specjalnie (choć zaczynali wiercić od 8:30), ale mogą się znaleźć bardziej wrażliwi.
