Doskonale wyposażone oraz czyste mieszkanie (w kuchni wszystko co potrzebne łącznie z kawą i herbatą, przyprawami, duża 4-ro stanowiskowa kuchenka indukcyjna, w mieszkaniu nawet gry i kolorowanki dla małych dzieciaków), doskonały kontakt z obsługą/właścicielem obiektu, łatwy odbiór/zwrot kluczy (skrytka), bardzo mili oraz przyjaźni sąsiedzi (mieszkanie usytuowane na parterze w domku/małej poniemieckiej kamieniczce), po sąsiedzku sklep spożywczy, a 600-700 m dalej Biedronka
Po rozłożeniu sofy w salonie staje się ona zwykłym materacem rozłożonym bezpośrednio na podłodze. Nam nie przeszkadzało (dzieciaki 10, 15 lat) ale dorośli mogliby mieć z tym problem, parking (po jednym z powrotów z wycieczki brakowało miejsca ale późnym wieczorem udało się przeparkować)
