    For the price, the place was dilapidated. Yes, it's not very expensive, but I found the biggest issue I had was the shower. There is a drain but it's not close to the shower (under the sink), which causes puddles of water to build up. Ive never had so many mosquitos popping in and biting me. Also it's not very well maintained, as there is limited staff here

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in Pattaya. The property claims it was built in 2025, though based on the condition it feels more like 1925. The building has five floors with no elevator, and the stairs are severely damaged and unsafe. Broken steps and poor lighting make it genuinely dangerous, especially for anyone carrying luggage or with mobility issues. There appears to be no regular maintenance whatsoever. At check-in, I was told to return the following day instead of being properly accommodated. When I refused to come back due to serious safety concerns, I was not issued a refund. I did not feel safe staying here and chose not to return for my own well-being. This property should not be listed as suitable accommodation in its current condition. Agoda should urgently review this listing before someone gets injured. The hotel should be removed or suspended until it meets basic safety and maintenance standards.
