Situació molt cèntrica, pantalla molt gran amb projector, la cuina ben equipada, lavabo petit però funcional. L'amfitrió va dotar l'habitació d'un ventilador, davant l'onada de calor. Facilitat de check-in i check-out. Hi ha un parking gratuït i un pagant davant mateix de l'allotjament.
El matalàs era poc còmode. L'apartament està situat a la planta superior, amb sol de tarda, fet que es converteix en un forn en aquesta onada de calor. L'apartament està situat en un edifici d'oficines d'advocats i vivendes. Algunes nits hi ha alguns veïns sorollosos.
