Cleanliness of the facilities, friendliness of the staff and the location was within walking distance to our event.
The room didn’t have a full length mirror. Other than that everything else was perfect.

Straight off the main road into Gisborne, and our unit backed on to a school playing field, so very quiet at night. The unit was roomy, a large bed. The shower/toilet was a different set-up, especially the folding door on the shower.
Being a non-smoker, we arrived to a unit backing on to an elderly couple who were smoking outside. Not the best way to start a restful night. Be aware if travelling into town to get a feed, then the find your way back to the motel meant going past it on the other side of the separated road to turn around on a roundabout and come back to the motel.

Was clean and bed was comfortable.
The rooms are not noise proof so depends of what type of other customer staying , it’s could go either way peaceful or noisy . I had a great time except for my first morning got woken up early by a noisy arrogant customer but far from that, the motel is good and hosts are very friendly and welcoming .
