I had booked the room a month in advance and on the day we reached the property, I called the host to check in and he said oh the property is closed for maintainance and that he didn't know he had a booking. I was then told to wait for 5 minutes while he checked if a room was available. Around 15 minutes later while we waited outside in the hot sun, we were informed that we could check in. However the room we were provided was not the room we had booked. We booked a room on the 39th floor but were assigned one on the 36th floor. The room had not been cleant. There were stains on the bathroom floor, and spiders in the bathroom. There was barely any toilet paper in the bathroom. When I asked the host for some toilet paper, I was asked to wait but it never arrived. I also requested for fresh towels as they too were dirty but they never arrived. The sheets provided had huge blood stains and we only notice it in the morning while checking out. Few of the cutlery had stains on it The balcony was entirely covered with dust and so were the chairs to sit on. It was an absolute nightmare for the price we paid for a small sized rolm. The only saving grace was the view.
