A localização do flat é excelente, o prédio tem uma boa piscina, acesso privativo a praia, e um mercadinho para emergências.
O apartamento estava super sujo. Tivemos que ficar pedindo cobertas, fronhas, não estava completo o enxoval. Não tinham pisos para o chão, toalha de pratos e etc. Você só tem direito a uma chave do apartamento, então se você desce sozinho precisa tocar a campainha. A geladeira estava vazando agua, precisamos chamar a manutenção, foi resolvido, porém um único pano de chão para todos os dias para secar a geladeira com problema. Os ares condicionados estavam imundos, não davam vazão ao calor.
