It has everything. Like a home. Simple kitchen with kitchen hood, all utensils and cleaning equipment, detergents for clothes and dishes.
Clothes dryer machine separated from washer.
Hair dryer. One door fridge.
Fully air conditioned. WiFi working. Can watch Netflix with own account.
Quiet area.
Very near to main road but because it’s at the back of the building so it’s quiet.
Value for money.
Near eateries.
Lightings at night a bit dim. During the day windows are huge bringing natural lightings.
Clogged drain but still draining just a bit slow.
