Lovely location and extremely spacious lounge and bathroom. We stayed 2 nights for our wedding and it was just perfect, cosy comfortable and only few minutes walk from the centre.

Location was good, right in the heart of Edinburgh. Furnishing/utilities were basic but adequate for our needs
Apartment is dated and in general need of an uplift. We were provided with 2 bath towels but no hand towels and 1 dishtowel that was dirty from previous occupants. The fitted sheet had 2 stains on it. When we went onto the cupboard to see if there was any other bedding and hand towels, clean dish towel etc, we found the dirty/wet linen from (what we presumed) were the previous occupants. Definitely not worth the nearly £290 we paid for a one night stay
