The location is fabulous. Water is right there. Great air conditioning. Spacious. Hosts were lovely and helpful. Restaurant next door.

The main bedroom is at the top of tight spiral staircase so we elected to sleep in sofa bed at ground and bathroom level. Terrible pillows. Felt a bit tired. Some electrical issues. Had to turn off this to turn this on and “don’t touch that plug”! Oven didn’t work which didn’t worry us. Shower head doesn’t stay on.

The location is indescribably amazing and picure- perfect beautiful! We are so happy we chose to stay here from all the other places available. It is within walking distance to the beach, the market and restaurants. We had the most delicious fresh Branzino fish for dinner caught that very same morning, from the restaraunt next door. The people are so warm and welcoming. Meals or even just coffee on the rooftop patio is both relaxing and invigorating. Mariangela was so helpful with any questions we had, and accomodating to all of our needs.. When we come back, this will be our choice to stay again!

There wasn't anything we didnt like, but for those with lots of luggage, parking is a little bit of a walk to the apartment, so you may need to make a couple trips.

Truly best place to stay near the beautiful coastline of Punta Sant’Elia. Opening the door leads straight to the sea, and the apartment inside had everything we needed. The hosts, Mariangela and Francesca, were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. Thanks to them, our trip to Italy ended on a truly lovely note. We would definitely love to come back when summer comes.
