Monachile Apartments & Terrace

Beautiful modern and spacious apartment in a quiet side street in the historic part of Polignano. It was nice staying overnight in this town and enjoying the sights once it got less busy.with day visitors. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

La ubicación excelente

Arrendé a traves de ellos el estacionamiento y como debía irme temprano estuve complicada para poder devolver la tarjeta del estacionamiento. No me ayudaron con ello. La verdad es que deben considerar un servicio más eficiente en esto.

The location. The spaciousness.

The aircon did not work. We reported this to the managers and they said that they would send a technician. We didn’t see a technician and it was never fixed. It was very uncomfortable in the room. Also, when we first arrived, the hot water wasn’t working and again we had to contact the manager and they had to send somebody over to reset the boiler. It was very inconvenient. Also, the bathroom was very dirty. The shower is full of mould and it smelt like mould in that room. They offered us what they called an upgrade at a different hotel owned by the same people but when we looked at the room it wasn’t what we were after. It was just a room with a Jacuzzi in it and we wanted to be an apartment.
