An attractive home in a safe established neighborhood accessible to a variety of points of interest, shopping and restaurants. Loved the main floor open plan and flow of space of kitchen/dining/living area with adjacent extended back deck and private large back yard. Great place to spend time to relax. A newer washer/dryer available in basement by steep stairs. Kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, glasses and utensils. Refrigerator was very clean. Ample supply of towels provided. 2nd floor master bedroom with large closet and adjacent bathroom with shower and toiletries.

The bedroom and adjacent bathroom on main flloor each had major issues that need to be addressed: 1. the mattress has a significant sinkhole in the middle rendering impossible a good night's sleep forcing the other couple to use the 2nd floor bedroom which has " youth size" twin beds. 2. Both main floor bathroom electrical outlets were non- functional. 3. Porch double swing is missing bolts which can cause injury if used. Finally, the half moon large lovely panoramic window in the living room needs a major cleaning inside and out.
