Kettle broken

To be honest, from the pictures I expected something different and imagined it to be larger, but for my purposes it was totally fine and had everything I needed. The only issue was that the water kettle kept tripping the electricity, which was annoying when making my morning coffee. I informed Sergei and he immediately offered to replace it, which was very helpful. On the first day I accidentally locked myself out on the balcony (there’s no knob on the outside). A small hint for guests on how the emergency unlock works would be helpful. I first thought I’d need to call a key service, but luckily I managed to open it myself. The most annoying thing was the construction going on two buildings away, which woke me up with noise, but of course that’s not something the host can control. Other than that, it was a great stay and I can recommend this place

Sergio muy amable. La cercanía del estudio respecto a todo: la playa, los comercios, la estación de buses. Cómodo, ya que tenía ascensor y aire acondicionado y todas las herramientas para pasar unos días. La ducha amplia y buen baño para asearse. Además había algunos productos que pudimos usar: sal, aceite, champú (que los inquilinos van/vamos dejando entre todos) y eso es un gran punto. Bien distribuido el espacio a pesar de lo pequeño que era.

La cama era muy incómoda, se clavaban los muelles. Los cacharros de cocina estaban bastante desgastados. Había unas pocas zonas de la casa que necesitaban una limpieza profunda; la terraza estaba un poco sucia también y el aire acondicionado, cerca de la cabeza, con los raíles oxidados, es un peligro. La botella que acumula el agua del aire acondicionado estaba rebosando desde que entramos y creaba un cúmulo de agua que puede ser un foco de bichos/infecciones.

The host arrange to meet me and was on time,the location to the beach was fantastic,less than 100yds,along the front all kinds of cafe/restaurants,not rowdy bars,easy stroll into town where you will find all sorts,very flat everywhere,so you can walk leisurely from beach to beach,all are good

Although the bed was very comfy,a pull down bed as it was a studio,but to relax at any other time of the day was not so comfy,very noisy road,constant one way traffic so to sit on the small terrace was not so good,also there was building works going on opposite,that was unfortunate,no toaster,so bought one myself from the Chinese Bazar opposite
