I stayed here for a month and found it safe, clean, and within walking distance of both Centro and Chapultepec. The staff were very kind, respectful and professional, especially the night staff. It’s very basic in terms of comfort, don’t expect anything like a Travelodge, it’s more similar to a university room. But for the price, it does the job. It’s also surprisingly quiet during the day, and the other residents are respectful of noise after a certain hour. Some floors are occupied by long-term tenants, which gives the place a bit of a safe feel. Internet was very reliable during my stay for those working remotely.

The advertised check-in time wasn’t respected, which was a bit frustrating after a long flight. A few things were missing from the room when I arrived (chair, towels, clothes hangers). The condition of the towels, pillows and sheets can be... surprising to say the least, let’s call it eco-friendly, but they were always clean so it didn’t bother me much.

Su ubicación y que contaba con cocina y clima

No estaba limpia la cocina ni los artículos que estaban dentro, las sábanas no tenían buena apariencia.

La ubicación para mi dinámica de trabajo es muy buena, relación cálida-precio bastante aceptable. Cambiaron de personal el actual es bastante amable en especial el del turno nocturno. Tiene buen servicio de internet y aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien.

En algunos momentos por las noches mucho ruido en las cocinas y áreas comunes, tiene algunas deficiencias en los servicios pero si solicitas apoyo al personal te lo resuelven.
