La propreté, l’aménagement avec goût, les équipements… Il ne manque rien. L’emplacement à proximité des thermes qui permet d’y aller à pied. Le stationnement possible à proximité. La tranquillité car en dehors des routes menant aux stations.

Apartamento muy completo. Buena cama, cocina con todos los servicios y baño. Está en el barrio termal de Luz, se puede ir andando hasta el centro en unos 15-20 minutos, aunque la vuelta es en subida. Se aparca relativamente fácil.
No tiene ascensor. Tiene un montacargas que no funcionaba. Las escaleras hay que bajarlas con cuidado porque tienen bastante pendiente.

Apartamento muy moderno. La cocina tiene un equipamiento formidable. La encargada del apartamento fue amable y eficiente.
El colchón no era muy cómodo (algo duro).
