The villa is very relaxing just beside Kuala Kangsar-Kota Bahru highway. The entrance is pending laying of tar road towards the villa. House is new with 3 aircon bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In front has a river where we can soak our bodies in the refreshing cold water. Since my son is studying in MRSM, it is very convenient and near to visit/send him to the Maktab. For those who have kids studying in Kolej Komuniti, it is a good choice to stay here while visiting them.

The cleanliness could be improved. Owner should send the location as it can be defer from waze
