Casa de Santiago

The place is absolutely adorable. It's a beautiful old house that has been carefully renovated with all modern facilities. There is a very picturesque view from the garden, which is located slightly above the village — you can see the red rooftops, the church bell tower, and the hills on the horizon. There is plenty of space for parking, even if you have several cars. The property also has a barbecue area, sun loungers, a lawn, and a fruit and vegetable garden. The AC works really well and managed to keep the house cool during the heat wave in Portugal. I also can't fail to mention the kindness of the host, Margarida. She was very nice, helpful, and always available during our stay.
