The owner is such a welcoming person. She loves her craft. Expensive furniture and utensils, and still she trusts us. She deserves a crown for best host. This house has class and comfort.
The cleaner nearly had an attitude . I confronteThe cleaner initially came across with a bit of an attitude. When I confronted her about it, her sincere apology shifted the entire situation.

Not enough towels. There were 3 small towels and 1 face towel, and we were 6 adults. There was not enough cutlery, and we did not realize that the broom and mop had been locked in the garage. There was only 1 gate remote, which made it difficult if people went to different destinations.
