Location is good as it’s near international airport.
Stairs going to hotel. You have to carry your luggage’s as there are 10 steep stairs. Very uncomfortable There is no ramp for PWDs as well.

Apartment was new and clean.
Electricity was going and coming every 10 minutes Water in washroom was very little in the evening and went off completely during night and never came back even after reporting to the staff. We left in the morning without using washroom etc.
