Great sized villa with swimming pool, good kitchen with all modern appliances and quiet location. Great sized garage for storage of rental car.

Only 2 bedrooms out of 4 made up upon arrival. Swimming pool needed to be cleaned and evidence of cat extriment around pool upon arrival. Only one shower out of 3 working, which needs addressing. Poor service and unprofessional response from key holder when raising these issues. Upon arrival was asked to pay €500 deposit, which had been recently introduced by owner, and was not in T&C's when booking on 24.1.26. Previously stayed at property in November 2025 and this was not needed. The €500 deposit paid to "Guillermo Gome" still has not been returned 4 weeks after vacating property! Despite chasing key holder, whom is not acting professionally, is ignoring messages, and have also spent weeks chasing this matter via booking.com, this €500 has still not be returned. I'd recommend being aware of this fact to mitigate risks to other clients. Please ensure your €500 deposit receipt includes reference "Villa Deva" and not just payee. Very disappointed with not receiving my €500 back 28 days since vacating, and would not stay at this property again. On both occasions (November 2025 and May 2026) upon arriving and departing, the key holder stated to book property via her instead of booking.com. This is not good standard practice, and would result in paying €150 for cleaning fee, and cash to key holder.

The villa was beautiful, clean and spacious . The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The pool was clean and bigger than I had originally thought. The location was great as we have family living closer by.

We could only use one of the showers as one had a hook missing to hold it up and the other shower head leaked through the top of the shower. Other than that it was an amazing experience

Alles was goed schoon, alles wat je nodig hebt was ook aanwezig en als er wat was kwam de hostess vrij snel om dingen op te lossen. Ook het contact was fijn!

Eigenlijk was alles goed. Het enige “minpuntje” was een losse deurkruk maar dit werd ook meteen opgelost!

Hubo problemas con la fianza, los dueños nos cobraron arreglos en una persiana que según ellos funcionaba bien pero a nosotros nunca nos enseñaron que así fuera, no tengo ningún problema en pagar algo que he roto, pero desde el minuto 1 la persiana no funcionaba bien.
