A localização é ótima, poucos passos do centro, ao lado de bons restaurantes , supermercado ,lojas, etc Rua calma e silenciosa .O apartamento é confortável ,novo e moderno. Tem vaga exclusiva para autos , em uma cidade com poucas opções de estacionamento gratuito esta é a melhor comodidade.
Mais utensílios de cozinha seria ótimo, faltou uma pequena frigideira e uma vasilha para esquentar leite por exemplo. Um micro ondas ajudaria.

Es en primer Piso puesta a la calle, tiene 2 habitaciones y tiene parking privado

Nos sorprendo que tenía sótano con Gym y ahí está uno de los baños
Se lo dimos a nuestra hijas y felices
Nosotros tomamos el baño que está al costado de nuestro cuarto
Lo que tiene cocina pero no tiene sala pero igual no estamos en el cuarto

Die Lage ist super, der Zugang und der Parkplatz sind sehr bequem, alles Notwendige war da. Sogar die Bademäntel und die Hotel-Hausschuhe. Herzliche Willkommenskleinigkeiten auf dem Esstisch.
Es gibt keine Garderobe und man kann den Mantel nicht aufhängen, in einem Zimmer ist der Kleiderschrank in der Nasszelle. Die zweite Dusche und die Toilette sind im Keller. Die Wendetreppe ist wackelig und unsicher. Die Dusche im Keller trocknet schlecht, die Badetücher bleiben dort feucht und der ganze Raum hat einen modrigen Geruch.

Exceptional location, newly refurbished. Sauna and gym are great additions. Pillows are great, hosts prompt in reactions to the issues we had during our stay. Enough of towels, tp, toiletries.. Free parking is a bonus if you're using rentacar.
Appartment lacks propper utensils (number of forks/bowls for example, frying pan does not work on induction, but these are easily fixed). Place could use fex extra shelves and I woukd recommend obtaining a. microwave. However, for someone planning on eating outside, this will not be an issue.
