Palm Harbor #602 by Sun Palace Vacations

walk in shower in the main bedroom. had to step about 2ft . to get into the tub to use the shower. no hand rails to hold onto. floor was very slippery in the tub area. drains in main bathroom empty very slow.

Farther to beach than advertised. Limited amount of restaurants nearby

The unit was very nice and spacious. It provided a nice view of the Gulf, the marina and the pool below. The beds were comfortable. Sun Palace Vacations responded to any concerns we had.

The A/C was not working and had to be repaired during our stay. There was also an appliance failure that occurred. These were both unfortunate and inconvenient, but these things occur. I just did not want to spend my vacation problem-solving. Sun Palace did work hard to make our stay enjoyable. All should be well for future tenants. I should mention that I would choose to stay here again.

Amazing property, great location very short walk to the beach. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, large living room, large kitchen, large terrace. Immaculate cleanliness. Great view from the terrace / breakfast room: you see the inlet (we saw manatees multiple times and once a dolphin) and also the ocean. Very-very well equipped: truly feels like the owner just rents it out for some time, but keeps using it. Very nicely decorated: not too overdone like many rental properties. Pool and hot tub is also great: the pool is also heated, so we could use it December / January. All in all: one of the best properties we ever rented, we would come back any time.
