The location is excellent - 5 minute walk from the Winter Gardens.
The bed linen was clean and the beds were comfy.
We had problems with the dock lock which was fixed immediately.
It was perfect as a place to crash out in between activities.
The place could do with refreshing.
We struggled with the door lock system.

We arrived late due to trains being cancelled and the motorway being closed, and it was dark. I phoned the owner and he was very kind and talked me through how to get in, patiently and kindly.
The room was very clean and the towels were fresh. The beds were comfortable and clean, the bedding was very clean too.
Excellent location, right in the centre of town and off the main roads so it was quiet enough too. A couple of minutes walk from anywhere.

Good location
Not worth money paid, needs upgrade, bed not made, sheets and quilt cover had print stains, no replenishment of toilet paper, no hand towels, just 2 shower towels, no bin liner in very small bin, curtain rail crooked and curtain too long for window, very small room, no number on door so hard to find, piece of wood stood lose in corridor, cold tap would not turn off… lots to be done to sort this place
