The location is really nice. It's next to the city center.
The cleanliness is superficial. Many places with dust and dirt, where it is clear that they have not cleaned for a very long time. Probably after each guest, they vacuum and mop, and that's it, but without details. At the same time, there are a few things that need to be repaired, such as the mosquito net on the balcony.
