Lokalizacja mieszkania jest bardzo dobra. Sklepy w najbliższej okolicy. Dłuższa chwila spacerem do centrum miasta. Mieszkanie ładne, o bardzo dobrym standardzie,wyposażone w sprzęt przydatny jeżeli chodzi o pobyt rodziny z dziećmi. No i moje osobiste wnioski jeżeli chodzi o obsługę. Zapomniałem podczas wymeldowania zabrać z mieszkania pewną rzecz osobistą. Zarządca nie robiąc żadnego problemu, spełnił moją prośbę i ją dla mnie zabezpieczył,a następnie wysłał mi do Polski. Przy kolejnej wizycie w Oradeii na na pewno skorzystam z tej opcji noclegu.

Curat, temperatura după plac, toate facilitățile funcționale, bucătărie cu toate ustensilele (inclusiv prăjitor de pâine, aparat de cafea), pat + perne confortabile.
