Great location, steps from the beach. Outside ground floor deck had a bit of a view of the beach. Full kitchen with everything needed. Coffee already there :) Bell boys for luggage as the office is far.
I could not communicate directly with the owner for a later check out time. The property was demanding about 11am. I did not see how an extra hour would make a difference.

This is one of the best locations in Puerto Vallarta. On the beach, with lots of pools and options for food and shopping nearby.
The room is good except the shades are not dark enough for privacy or blocking light.

Comfortable clean room with essentials and more in the kitchen. We love Los Tules' location, pools, beach, and grounds that are well maintained.
We love Los Tules for location and quiet and did not know this room was on the edge of the property next to big hotels. It would be helpful to know the unit number in the information.
