Lovely place to stay, it has everything you need and lots of wildlife to see in the grounds. Very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Heating provided with gas not those horrible electric radiators.

It had been cleaned as in, the beds had been changed and fresh towels but that was about it. The kitchen was just a mess on every surface and the fronts of the doors were all sticky with food, we had to clean it all before we could use anything. The bathrooms looked clean just the floors hadn't been hoovered or mopped so it could be great if they had new cleaners.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything we needed. Comfortable. Able to take our dog. Close to the beach and close to the town whilst not in an overly touristy area. Plenty of places to walk the dog. Would book again.

Lovely spacious accommodation and excellent value for money with sea view and car parking, easy access via key safe and super size tv, wi-fi was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Needs a good deep clean in places / lots of dust everywhere, annoying noisy air vent fan in main bathroom, radiator in the on suite bedroom worked but was not hot, one of the kitchen unit doors under the sink has broken hinges and the oven and extractor need a deep clean to bring up to a good condition, the main door lock works but needs adjusting and lubricating as it is difficult to lock/unlock, we were also unable to open the patio door. The pillows in both bedrooms were uncomfortable - Don't be put off by the above, its a lovely place but just needs a bit of TLC and maintenance and is excellent value for money.

The site was very nice, kept very clean and looked over the sea. Caravans were nicely set apart.was near to village were there was a pub and a lovely Chinese takeaway.

Nothing to dislike, apart from the slope down to the beach.
