The Riverside Cottage is one of four luxurious, entirely private residences situated on a 1.7-acre resort-style property. The property features picturesque landscapes with three docks, ideal for mooring boats and fishing. Mature oaks and breathtaking river views enhance the ambiance.
This 1,040-square-foot, recently remodeled gem offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nestled on the river, it provides a secluded escape. The property boasts three semi-private boat docks, shared exclusively with guests, offering panoramic views.
Unwind in this charming two-bedroom cottage in Sebastian. Equipped with a king, queen, and twin bed, the cottage ensures comfort and relaxation. Convenience amenities include Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. The two bathrooms provide additional comfort with bathtubs for rejuvenating soaks. Experience the tranquility that awaits you at our secluded retreat. Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture and droppings must be cleaned from the yard.
-Non-disclosed pets will be considered a major house rule violation and may result in dismissal from the property.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-This is a quiet family neighborhood - no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

Great property and home. Quiet, private, easy access. The home is very clean, comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Nice back porch just steps to the docks. Would stay here again.

This place is so beautiful we had stayed there 3 times and I absolutely love it the cottage was very clean big yard for my dog to play so hopefully I can get back there in August...

This was a fantastic rental home. I gave the listing accuracy a 4 because I think the house and property was actually NICER than what the listing portrayed. I have ZERO negative things to say, only positive. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Very attentive communications form the listing owner as well as the property attendants. Very comfortable furniture inside and on the screened porch. The furniture is what normally lacks in rental homes, this place did not lack comfort.

Everything in the description is right on - beautifully redecorated, comfortable, clean and with a beautiful view. What is missing is the description included in the Riverfront Retreat and Riverfront Luxury Hideaway (two other properties sharing the grounds) - "The property is located immediately adjacent to the Florida East Coast Railway. There is potential for noise all hours of the day and night. The average number of trains per day can vary greatly based on needs, however, we can speculate that 4-6 trains per 24 hours is about the average." It also fails to mention the Brightline trains which pass 32 times per day (per the Brightline website). While these are very quick and less noisy than the freight trains, they do disturb the tranquility of the property and that is a shame.
