Built in the early 1900s in the heart of the historic center, it underwent two major renovations: the first in 1952, when, following a flood that destroyed the town, the house was rebuilt while preserving its load-bearing structure—in particular, the walls made of large blocks of granite and local stone; a second between 2023 and 2025, during which efforts were made to preserve the building’s distinctive architectural features, the original windows and doors, and furnishings wherever possible, while adding modern amenities and equipment to ensure well-being and comfort.
The residence consists of one apartment on the first floor and one on the first floor.
The four-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor, measures approximately 85 square meters, and features a large enclosed loggia onto which all the rooms open: a fully equipped kitchen with a complete set of dishes, a coffee maker, and a microwave; a double bedroom connected (via a staircase) to a twin bedroom; a living area with a sofa bed and TV; and a bathroom with a shower.
The property features a shared inner courtyard of approximately 80 square meters.
We are located in Sarrabus, the southeastern part of Sardinia, specifically in San Vito. The town is set in a hilly and mountainous area, offering spectacular panoramic views. There is also a large supermarket at the entrance to the village and several others in nearby Muravera.
