Our newly built, spacious home offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of town. Located in the up-and-coming New Jericho neighborhood, this home features air conditioning in every room, a full water sanitation system, modern kitchen and baths, and a huge from deck perfect for relaxing while enjoying beautiful tropical foliage. Experience the best of island living in a tranquil setting, just a short drive away from all the excitement Utila has to offer!
Accommodations:
This whole home rental features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a spacious great room, fully equipped kitchen.
Modern Amenities:
Granite countertops, stainless appliances, custom Honduran woodwork, and vaulted 14-foot ceilings. Independent well with full water filtration and sanitation system and hot water. All linens, bath and beach towels, cutlery, and cookware are provided.
Convenience:
High-speed Starlink WiFi, smart TV, and a short distance to some of Utila's featured activities and restaurants
Location:
Our home is located in the up and coming New Jericho neighborhood. It is a 5 minute drive/10 minute bike ride/ 25 minute walk to Utila's main street and town center. A scooter rental is available for your convenience (separate from house rental). If a mode of transportation is not in your travel plans or budget, no problem! Utila has many tuk tuks to take you where you need to go and can be easily contacted.
Energy Usage:
The nightly rental rate includes 15 kWh of power per day, sufficient for efficient A/C use. Overages are subject to additional fees.

The house was more than advertised. Nothing left out. Just remember to turn on the water heater !! But not a problem. Was a 10 minute golf cart ride to the main street in Utila. The first 5 minutes are a gravel road/path but that will be paved in the future. Would stay there again in a moment. Might be doing that next February or March.
