Saltwater Sanctuary is a four-bedroom, four-bath home located 0.8 miles north of Garden City Pier and just a short walk to the beach, in the small community of Cypress Cove. This property features a fully-equipped kitchen including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. Five TVs (Roku in the living room) and Wi-Fi are also included. Sleeping accommodations include two king and three double-sized beds. Outdoor amenities include two marsh side covered porches and charcoal grill. Community amenities include a swimming pool and pool furniture. Dog friendly. Limit two dogs - 70-pound maximum weight limit if bringing one dog, 50-pound maximum weight limit per dog if bringing two. Please see the office for pet policy. Permits motorcycles. Golf carts permitted. Parking space is limited. No smoking. Maximum occupancy: 10

Everything about the process of renting this house was easy! Communication with the owner was awesome and it was an amazing, clean house to stay in. Location was close to the beach and golf cart accessible to many places in the area!! Even without a golf cart, the pier is a short walk. Amazing stay.
