Balcones del Pacifico #8 features two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, one with two twin beds) and two full bathrooms, accommodating up to four guests comfortably. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and the living/dining area includes a table for four and a comfortable sofa. The balcony, furnished with a small table and chairs, is perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. This spacious condo is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a security safe, towels, linens, beach chairs, and beach towels. The condo also offers night-time security and off-street parking.

We rented Magda’s unit for a week over the Holidays in December 2025 and we had a great stay! This was our second time staying in the same condo complex and the first time in Magda’s unit. The apartment provided lots of space for myself, my husband and our two adult daughters. The beds were comfortable, everything was spotless and the kitchen was fully equipped to cook in. We did not, as there are great restaurants in town, but we made our own breakfast and morning coffee. The condo complex is quiet and safe but only steps away from the beach and all the restaurants and shops in town. We hope to be back one day soon!

This is a great 2/2 condo located right in the heart of Tamarindo. It’s right next to a skatepark and the weekend market. Walk everywhere as the beach is at the end of the block. The owner Magda has everything you’d need for a home away from home. She was prompt and helpful. The grounds were kept up nicely and we saw big iguanas, howler monkeys and plenty of birds from the comfort of the property. Glad we found this place!

The condo, property and location were all great. Far enough away from the action to be quiet, but just a short walk to the beach, groceries, dining and any other services you could need/want. The hosts were very helpful and responsive prior to and during our visit

We had a great stay. The condo was spotless and had everything e needed for a wonderful stay. The location is less than two blocks from the beach, with a grocery store shan the street and many great restaurants. The pool was great as well.
