O flat fica no hotel Mercure Pinheiros, super bem localizado. O apartamento é novo e muito limpo. O atendimento da proprietária foi excelente, ela respondeu prontamente no WhatsApp e foi muito atenciosa. Nota 10.

O flat é super confortável, fui muito bem atendido.
A flexibilidade de entrada e saída, por ser em hotel, ajudou bastante.
Ter garagem no hotel também ajudou muito.
Fui no show do AC/DC, optei por voltar de metrô. Do metrô para o flat é rápido, uns 700m, mas a volta é subida.

The apartment and the location are very nice, the reception of the Mercure very helpful.
The apartment is missing any equipment going beyond a bed with cover and pillow, a table, a couch and two chairs. Bring your own coffee machine and coffee, water boiler and tea, spoons, shower gel, shampoo, water bottle and even replacement toilet paper...
