About this apartment rental

This stylish studio apartment offers approachable luxury. A studio apartment modeled after the legendary hotel rooms of The SoHo House private clubs around the world, this is the perfect couples home base to explore Gainesboro and the beauty of Jackson County. Features a massive 108" x 108" empire king bed, a comfortable couch and sitting area, fully equipped kitchen and bath with hand tiled walk in shower and dual vanity sink as well as a dining room table with 10 chairs. The Fig Flat is a large, 1,200 sf studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen and bath located just off the historic Gainesboro Town Square. It is the perfect couples retreat home base for exploring Gainesboro and Jackson County. Walking distance to The Stolen Coin Bistro, Roaring River Distillery, Gain Mod art museum (opening soon), Honest John's Frozen Custard ($10 gift certificate provided), and a number of antique and gift shops. Miss Sallie's Market, a fresh food market with groceries and prepared foods is right next door (10% off coupon provided). The Fig Flat is located at 210 A East Hull Avenue in Gainesboro, Tennessee and accessible directly from the East Hull Avenue ramp entrance with two small steps on the second floor just above "Hare-in-the-Chair" hair salon. Free parking is available on East Hull Avenue or nearby side streets.
