About this house rental

Spacious and super comfortable 2 storey 3 bedroom duplex home in the fantastic new family oriented community of Rockland Park. A community with a prime location and quick access to Downtown and the Trans-Canada Highway for easy escapes to the Mountains.

This comfortable open concept plan house with lots of natural light!! and modern touches will make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in.

Above the banks of the Bow River, our neighbourhood offers abundant walking trails, scenic vistas and playgrounds.

The location is ideal for quick trips to the Rocky Mountains, our natural backyard!

Our guests staying for a minimum of 30 nights, may enjoy the HOA Club House, which has amazing amenities: swimming pool, pickle ball and basketball courts (Summer); ice skating trail, hockey rink (Winter); fire pit, hot tub; event rooms for rent, etc. Signing a lease agreement is required to enjoy the Club House amenities.

Swimming pool is open from early June to Mid September. Hot tub is operational year round. (We shall not be responsible for closures due to water testing, poor air quality, thunderstorms, maintenance or factors beyond our control)

• Everything you need for a comfortable living is provided... a fully equipped kitchen, sheets, towels, room darkening shades, air conditioner, soft water, etc.

• You will love to prepare your meals in the kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry and quartz countertops.

• The living room with its large window panes and sliding doors is the sunniest room in the house, making of it a very enjoyable space. In this room you will also find a fireplace and TV.

• The dining room has great natural light illumination and sits 6 persons comfortably.

• Master bedroom with a king size bed, night tables with table lamps and dresser; ensuite and a large walk-in closet.

• The other 2 bedrooms offer double beds and, wardrobe or dresser, night table and table lamps.

• The second upper level bathroom has a bathtub.

• Also on the upper floor, you will find an ample working space with large desk and chair.

• Upper floor laundry room.

• Spacious deck with South exposure to enjoy the sun all year-round!

• Soft water improves the quality of the water in the house.

• Central AC. (The AC will only be available to our guests from June 1st to September 20th AND if the night temperature is above 18 degrees or above AND the day temperature 23 degrees or above.)

• Private parking for one vehicle on concrete pad.

IMPORTANT: After stay cleaning is $185 for stays of up to 2 weeks. Additional charges on top of the base cleaning fee apply as follows... $40 for 3 weeks up to 1 month. $80 for stays of 1 to 2 months. $110 for stays of 2 to 3 months and for stays of 4 months or more, the extra charge is $200. You'll be charged for stained sheets/linens (makeup, blood, food, etc.)
