This 1st floor, one-level terrace condo w/ a private screened-in patio looks directly out to a 18-hole championship golf course. Other amenities include 3 Pools (including one w/ a huge waterfall), professional tennis courts, fitness center, spa, grills, classes and three dining venues. Only 11 miles to Barefoot Beach. Beautiful landscape & sidewalks throughout the community. Full time security on site.

**To use the amenities, there is a $460 resort fee. There will be an additional $200 rush fee if making your reservation within 2 weeks of your reservation start date. The resort fee gets you 2 passes.

Bonita National is a peaceful, upscale community nestled in the heart of Bonita Springs, Florida. Known for its beautiful landscapes and top-notch amenities, the neighborhood offers a relaxing, resort-style atmosphere with a championship golf course, sparkling pool, tennis courts, and fitness center. Located just a short drive from pristine beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment. This prime location offers our residents convenient access to all that Bonita Springs, Naples, and Fort Myers have to offer.
**It takes about 2 weeks to get you registered with the community, so please reach out to us prior to booking. We do not recommend having your initial check in day be on the weekend, as the office is closed then.
To play Golf, you need to pay an initial $575 golf transfer fee. There is then an additional daily fee the community charges, on the days you want to play. If you do not want to play Golf, you do not need to pay the $500 fee we are charging for that.
To use the amenities, there is a $460 resort fee

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.
No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!
